Learn Meditation Weekend

This weekend will be covering lots of different ways to relax and meditate. We will be covering; Posture and choosing a position to meditate, Breathing exercises, Basic relaxation, Basic movement Meditation, Qi Gong meditation, Middle Pillar Ritual, Laughter Meditation, Journeying Meditation and Walking meditation.
The weekend’s meditation techniques will not be about any religion, just about learning to relax and focus. If you have strong religious leanings please come with an open heart and try not to judge others. Keep your religious views to yourself.
We will be staying at Trueleigh Hill YHA and will be eating simple vegetarian food for the weekend.
You will need to bring with you a warm blanket for sitting meditations, a pillow or cushions for sitting on and a small pillow for under your head. Warm socks for cold feet, comfy, loose and warm layered clothes.
